Kelloo pricing frequently asked questions
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of resources you plan. A resource is someone you add to your account so you can plan or schedule their work. Each plan also includes unlimited users and projects.
Here is an example of how the pricing works:
- You have 10 resources you want to plan and you create them as individual resources (i.e. Bill, Sarah, Karen, Joe etc.). This counts as 10 resources.
- You also have a team of 20 Engineers. With a team you can just tell Kelloo how many people are in the team (you don’t have to list the individuals). This counts as 20 resources.
- So you will need at least 30 resource licenses.
Can I change the number of resources I need?
Sure, just log in to Kelloo and change the number of resources you require.
Reducing resource numbers takes effect at the next renewal date of your subscription. Increasing resource numbers takes effect immediately. We do not offer refunds for downgrades.
How does support work?
You can raise a support request either by email or by creating a ticket in our online help desk. Most support requests can be dealt with by email, but if we think it would be better to talk the problem through with you we will arrange a call with you.
How do renewals work?
What happens at the end of my trial?
You can provide payment information and choose a plan at any point during your trial. If at the end of your trial you have not done this, you will no longer be able to use Kelloo. But you will still be able to login and purchase a Kelloo subscription.
What if I want to cancel?
Once you have subscribed to Kelloo, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before your renewal date, you will still have access to Kelloo until the end of your current subscription period. At the end of the subscription period, your account will be closed and you will no longer have access.
